"On the positive side, the staff we dealt with were courteous and friendly, especially the check-in staff. The complimentary breakfast was large and very satisfying. Every amenity needed, either within or without, was convenient and close. Just a couple of things on the flipside. The breakfast room was unfortunately unable to accomodate the number of guests arriving at the same time. We moved out to the sofas in the lobby, adjacent to the breakfast room, with our comestibles and were not bothered. There was a smell of smoke in the hallways although there had obviously been an effort to suppress it with a healthy dose of air freshener. Perhaps natural ventilation is difficult."
